Tender brisket, amazing ribs, great Mac n cheese and French fries, and awesome service.

Visited on a Friday night, it was quiet not much people.

There was only one waiter and he was super friendly and out going.  Giving us suggestions and making us feel welcome.

However I was disappointed in the food it wasn't awful but it wasn't great or memorable. Everything was tender but the flavors weren't that tasty.

I ordered the mac and cheese balls, wings and a bbq tray.

The mac and cheese balls had some sort of rice/risotto texture I wasn't a fan.

The wings were delicious! Meat fell right of the bone I would recommend getting them naked because the bbq sauce doesn't have much flavor.

The bbq tray came with 1/4 of pulled pork, beef brisket and 1/4rack of ribs (which was only two pieces, ridiculous) 2 slices of bread and coleslaw. The Coleslaw was interesting they added apple pieces why was a nice sweet and crunchy touch.

Overall the food was just okay, I don't think I would be going back

Absolutely amazing service - really friendly without being obnoxious or overly trying, informative about the appetizer/main/dessert selections, diligent with the water and plating, and obvious pride in providing excellent service. I just wanted to give a big kudos to the servers at Fuoco.

Unfortunately, the food didn't match this excellence. Don't get me wrong: the food was fine. It just wasn't great. Went here for dinner and got:
    - Arugula Salad with Strawberries, Brie and Hazelnut: Generous serving with a nice bite to the vinaigrette.
    - St Louis Ribs: They fell-of-the-bone, so were done well. The rub/flavour though wasn't as tasty as the Texan-style smokehouses. This seemed more like the Keg or Baton Rouge style. Thankfully our server brought over some added 'espresso bbq sauce' which was interesting and helped the ribs out.
    - Beef Brisket: Thick cut, but again not as flavourful as the brisket you can get at Beach Hill Smokehouse or Adamson.
    - Sides: The real stars of the meal. The mac and cheese had good balance and a nice spicy powder on top that added a great bite. The corn meanwhile was perfectly buttered and again had a powdered spice that had great kick.
    - Desserts: The hazelnut cake was fine. The pistachio icecream with a honey-like topping and crushed pistachio was heavenly.

Hopefully I'm in the minority here about the food, because the service and the space were amazing. If only for that, it could be worth a try to see if we have different tastes.

Came here due to high review and the 'unique' menu. We all were excited to try it out. We ordered all the highly-talked-about menu per google review (mac&cheese arancini, smoke wings, chicken lollipop, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, juicy lucifer burger). In addition , we ordered salmon and chicken too.

The highly-talked-menu is mostly on point! Flavour is definitely unique. Worth a try!
Brisket is alright (flavour is there, but it's quite dry).
Arancini and pulled pork are good, but not wow.
Smoke wing, chicken lollipop, and ribs, yeah!
Juicy lucifer burger, damn yeah! (My first time eating spicy burger and i love spicy food. Yet i wasn't made aware of the spicyness.  It'd be quite dissapointing if somebody else ordered it but cant eat it or don't enjoy it).

    The additional menu:
Salmon - no taste and quite dry. It's served with spicy sauce, which some people find it too spicy (again, we were not made aware about the spicy sauce).

    Chicken - good.

    Dessert:
Strawberry creme brulee is a great finale for our lunch adventure! Flavour is not too sweet and heavy. The strawberry and blackberry give 'refreshing' flavour.

    Hazelnut cake - quite 'heavy'.

They also have great customer service! We even felt bad to inform our server that we didn't finish the brisket (half of it) because it's not that great.

Overall, it's still WORTH A TRY!
    COME and CHECK IT OUT!

In-house sauce has a really great 'kick'on it , which is uncommon for italian restaurant. ). Juicy lucifer is delish! Very unique! It's spicy (i love spicy food).

A definite hidden gem located in the Weston Rd and Langstaff area of Woodbridge.  Fuoco is a barbecue restaurant with a bit of an Italian twist.  It only had a few Yelp reviews but the reviews were positive and it seemed like an interesting restaurant to check out.  We did not regret it.  It was a great dinner and fantastic overall experience.  We were immediately greeted and seated by our friendly server.  As we were looking over the menu we were offered complimentary smoked popcorn which was really tasty.  For appetizer we shared the Chicken Lollipops.  The Lollipops were smoked and basted with a whiskey sauce.  They were excellent.  For my main I got the smoked St. Louis cut rack of ribs with a side of fries.  The ribs were fall off the bone and were fantastic.  The fries were cooked perfectly and nice and crispy.  The service was perfect as our server was polite and attentive.  The restaurant has a really nice and unique separate dining area where they host large groups.  We were informed that the restaurant hosts many parties on the weekend (birthdays, anniversaries, communions etc..) which was good to know.  I recommend you give this restaurant a try.
